Frank Daily

President

Frank Daily is the proud father of 5 daughters. An avid surfer, he knows first hand the ferocity of the ocean and the vulnerabilities of being 30 miles out to sea. When not translating the lessons of the ocean into the details of the construction process, he can be found with his wife Rachel, their daughters and their dogs; biking, running, skateboarding, snowboarding and of course, surfing. His “honest and direct everyday” name has proved to be prescient as he guides you through the construction and property management process.

Frank has served on the board of Family & Children's Services, The Nantucket New School and has maintained his position as Director on the board of the Nantucket Builders Association for years. In June 2021, Frank was voted as the President of the Nantucket Builders Association.

Matthew "Sarge" Watson

Chief Operating Officer

We all know him as Sarge, but he really is the General. Sarge takes on overseeing all day to day operations. You have heard of the jack of all trades, but with Sarge you have the master of all trades. Father of 3, grandfather to 8. Semper Fi.

Winston Mautner

Project Manager

Nantucket Born and Raised. After a few years living in the desert a return to the Island was needed. New Father. Long time talent.

Christina "Kiki" Watson

Chief Financial Officer

Vegas born but chose to trade the bright lights for the starry skies of the east coast. Kiki is your accountant's best friend. She keeps track of our finances and helps to keep the tricky questions easily answered.

Emerson Gomes

Rio de Janeiro by birth. Nantucket by choice. Emerson is the point person to get the impossible done and keep your property running to perfection year round. The only thing Emerson does better than Property Management is surf.

Mark Munroe

Mark keeps all of the glamorous tasks moving through his behind the scenes work. Job site provisioning, site security, trash runs, prep work, vehicle maintenance and of course, assisting all team members. No task is too nasty, too heavy, or too unrewarding. If nobody else can do it (or wants to), it is time to call MARK!

Construction Process

The construction process is an often complicated and overwhelming experience for a homeowner. Our goal is to take the stress out of the construction process, and alleviate anxiety through our property management services. Comprehensive Fixed Price Contracts are our standard. We aim to answer all of your questions, and their associated costs, well before the first shovel ever breaks ground. Once underway, bi-weekly snapshots of finances are presented. Budgets will be monitored and discussed. Savings will be identified and options presented. Schedules will be created and updated as we progress. It is our job to ensure that every step of the process is clear to the homeowner, and that our client receives exactly what they want.

Corporate Structure

From the moment a set of plans hits our desk, a Project Manager is assigned. That Project Manager oversees every aspect of the construction process from estimating, scheduling, site coordination, construction, and ordering, through move in. Your Project Manager will meet weekly with our Office Manager to review current finances and future financial forecasts. Your Project Manager will meet with our President at least once every day to discuss scheduling, quality control, ordering and to review the myriad of variables that present themselves along the way. Once you have moved in, our Project Manager will turn responsibility over to our Property Management division. There will be an extended period of time where our Project Manager works on site with the Property Management team, familiarizing them with all of the details of your home and your property.
